Blue Bombers Sign Veteran Linebacker Ejiro Kuale

WINNIPEG, MB., May 13, 2014 - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers today announce the club has inked veteran import linebacker Ejiro Kuale.

Kuale (6-2, 229, LSU, June 22, 1983 in Daytona Beach, Florida) is a five year CFL veteran, with 59 games under his CFL belt, including 32 starts. He split the 2013 season between Saskatchewan and Montreal, but has played the majority of his CFL career in Toronto (2010-2012), winning the 2012 Grey Cup with the Argos, and 2013 Grey Cup with Saskatchewan.

Throughout his career, Kuale has racked up 98 defensive tackles, 19 special teams tackles, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery. He has played in four playoff games, making three defensive tackles and three special teams tackles, and one Grey Cup in which he made two tackles.
