
Blazers Select Defenseman Inaki Baragano in the CHL Import Draft

Kamloops, BC - The Kamloops Blazers have selected right shot defenseman Inaki Baragano in the first round, 16th overall in the 2019 CHL Import Draft.
Baragano is a 2001-born defenseman from Lausanne, Switzerland. He played this season with Lausanne Under-20 team where he had six goals, 16 assists and 22 points in 39 games.
He also suited up for Switzerland at the Under-18 World Hockey Championships and had one assist in seven games.
"We believe Inaki will be an excellent addition our hockey club this season," said Bardsley.
Baragano will arrive in Kamloops in mid-August for the Blazers training camp.
