Baltimore, MD - In their fourth match up of the season, the Baltimore Blast snapped their three game losing streak with a win versus rival Harrisburg 9-3.

William Vanzela and Heat goalkeeper Matt Perrella each made great saves to keep the game scoreless through the first quarter. A save off the line by midfielder Jonatas Melo highlighted the persistent and tenacious defense by both sides. The first quarter ended scoreless between the two teams with the Blast out shooting the Heat by a slim margin of 6-4.

Midway through the second quarter, the Blast finally found their breakthrough. Vini Dantas capitalized off a fortunate deflection from a Heat defender that found its way into the back of the net. The Blast continued their strong second quarter with Marco Nascimento's second goal of the season for the 2-0 lead. N'diaye created something out of nothing, stealing the ball from the Harrisburg defender and finding Jamie Thomas for the 3-0 Blast lead.
