
Blanshan recalled from Grrrowl

NORFOLK, VA - Today, the Norfolk Admirals announced that defenseman Cody Blanshan has been recalled from their ECHL affiliate, the Greenville Grrrowl.
Blanshan stands at 6'1", 220 lbs. and is a native of Eagan, MN. In 57 games with Greenville this season, he has registered 11 goals and 15 assists for 26 points, 109 penalty minutes and a plus-21 rating. He is second in points among Greenville defenseman, and tied for second on the Grrrowl in plus/minus rating.
Blanshan was an invitee to Norfolk's 2005-06 training camp and previously appeared in one game for Norfolk this year, posting no points or penalty minutes and a minus-1 rating.
