
Blades Hold Rebels to Ten Shots on Pucks and Paws 2

ON A LEASH: The Saskatoon Blades held the Red Deer Rebels to ten shots in Wednesday's 5-2 victory at SaskTel Centre. Forward Egor Sidorov and Brandon Lisowsky recorded two goals and three points in the contest. The victory improves Saskatoon to 6-0-1-0 in their last seven, and 39-13-4-1 overall for third in the Eastern Conference.
WILLY WONGA: Alternate captain Trevor Wong extended his point streak to 11 games with three assists on the evening. The Vancouver, BC. native has 16 points during that stretch and leads the team with 72 in 57 games this year.
NEXT GAME: The Blades get one day off before three games in three nights this weekend. The first is at home Friday for Police Night at SaskTel Centre when Saskatoon welcomes the Moose Jaw Warriors.
