POINT FOR THE ROAD: The Saskatoon Bladesmanaged a point in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Calgary Hitmen at SaskTel Centre. Forwards Brandon Lisowsky and Vaughn Watterodt netted a goal for the Blue and Gold, while rookie netminder Austin Elliott turned aside 27 shots in defeat. It's the club's third straight loss, the first time that's happened all season.

VAUGHN WATTER-HOT!: Rosetown, SK. product Vaughn Watterodt just keeps on scoring, this time short-handed for his 14th goal in his last 17 games! The second-year Blades has 24 points in 34 games this season. Watterodt continues bringing energy to the team, and now his added scoring is making him a lethal threat.

NEXT GAME: The Blades hit the road Friday, Jan. 6 for a game against the Swift Current Broncos.

Puck drop is 7:00pm
