
'Blades Announce Several Roster Moves; Levi & Costello Assigned

ESTERO, FL - The Florida Everblades have made several roster moves within the past a couple of days. The following is a recap of this week's transactions: Defenseman Austin Levi has been reassigned to the Everblades by the Charlotte Checkers. Levi totaled 15 points in 53 games with the "ËBlades last season. The 6-4, 225-pound defender scored one goal in ten appearances with Charlotte last season. Levi is a third round draft selection of the Carolina Hurrcanes in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.
Forward Jeff Costello was assigned to the Everblades by the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League. Costello enters his first professional season after compiling 82 points during his four-year career at the University of Notre Dame from 2010-2014.
On Wednesday the Everblades announced that the Tampa Bay Lightning have assigned defenseman Dan Milan to the Wichita Thunder. Milan appeared in 46 games for the Everblades logging eight points from 2012-2013.
The Everblades have traded forward Kyle Stroh to the Rapid City Rush in exchange for future considerations. Stroh appeared in 58 games last season with Rapid City.
Florida traded Kevin Hart to the Elmira Jackals in exchange for future considerations. Hart was signed by the "ËBlades this summer after concluding his collegiate career at Providence College.
The "ËBlades also traded defenseman Guy Leboeuf to the Missouri Mavericks in exchange for future considerations. The Everblades Roster currently stands as follows:
