TODAY'S GAME: Tonight, the Bisons host the Pawtucket Red Sox in the final game of a two-game set at Coca-Cola Field (7:05 p.m.). The Herd looks for the series sweep after defeating the Red Sox last night by a score of 9-3. Buffalo continues its eight-game homestand tomorrow with a four-game series against the Lehigh Valley IronPigs.

vs. RED SOX: The Bisons are now 6-7 against the Red Sox this season and can even the series tonight with a win. The next time these two teams meet will be on August 18 at Fenway Park for the start of another two-game set. After the homestand ends on Friday the Herd will travel to Boston for the 7th Annual Futures at Fenway Game. The IL rivals will play after the Single-A Lowell Spinners take on the Hudson Valley Renegades.

McHUGH: RHP COLLIN McHUGH makes his 11th start of the season tonight for the Herd. In his last outing, the righty struck out eight against Syracuse but suffered the loss for the Herd. McHugh has worked six or more innings in five consecutive starts. The righty faced Pawtucket on July 15 and allowed three earned runs in six innings of a no-decision (6K).

SILKY: INF JOSH SATIN extended his hit streak to 11 games last night. The slugger has hit .450 (18-40) since July 31. Satin also drove in his 53rd run of the season last night. Satin has 12RBI in his last 11 games and now trails OF Valentino Pascucci by only four for the team lead. Satin continues to lead the International League with his .405 on-base percentage.

DUDA: OF LUCAS DUDA went 3-5 at the plate last night with two doubles and three runs scored. Duda has had at least one hit in six of his last seven games with three multi-hit performances. Since August 3, Duda has averaged .423 (11-26) with three doubles, two home runs and five RBI.

BISONS BITS: INF ADAM LOEWEN went 2-5 last night with two runs, a double and an RBI...OF FRED LEWIS has scored at least one run in seven of his last eight games and is 3rd in the IL with 67. He is also tied for 5th in the IL with 21 stolen bases...The Bisons win last night was their first at home against the Red Sox since April 15 in a 10-9 victory that went into extra innings.

METS UPDATE : The Mets (55-60) held off the Braves in the top of the ninth inning last night to claim a 6-5 victory. Former Bisons OF JORDANY VALDESPIN hit his eighth homer of the year in the 6th inning to keep them ahead. The Mets are off tonight and will travel to Cincinnati for a three-game set at Great American Ball Park starting Tuesday.
