TODAY'S GAME: Tonight, the Bisons will face the Syracuse Chiefs in the second game of a four-game series from Coca-Cola Field (7:05 p.m.). The Bisons lost to the Chiefs yesterday, 7-4. The Herd is on a three-game losing streak for only the second time this season. The Bisons are now 10-7 in a 20-game stretch from May 14 - June 3 that includes 16 of 20 games at Coca-Cola Field.

THRUWAY CUP: The Chiefs continue to lead the Bisons in the Thruway Series. The Herd lost yesterday afternoon, 7-4, and is now 0-3 against Syracuse this year. The Chiefs swept the Bisons in a two-game set, April 12-13 from Alliance Bank Stadium. Dating back to last season, Buffalo is just 4-15 in their last 19 games against Syracuse.

DISHIN' ON MISCH: LHP PAT MISCH will take the mound in tonight's game. Misch is second on the team with four wins, behind only RHP DILLON GEE (6). Misch's 3.02ERA for the season is the 10th best in the International League. In his last three starts, the southpaw has posted a 1.23ERA with only three earned runs allowed in 22 innings of work.

HITTING MACHINE: OF JESUS FELICIANO continues to lead the International League with a .403 batting average that is 77 points higher than anyone else. He leads the IL with 64 hits, two more than Scranton/Wilkes-Barres' EDUARDO NUNEZ. Feliciano is also second in the IL for on-base percentage (.448). He trails only Albuquerque's INF JOHN LINDSEY (.430) for the highest batting average in all of baseball. Feliciano has hit .477 (41-86) in 24 games at Coca-Cola Field this year.

DON'T MESS WITH HESS: INF MIKE HESSMAN leads the IL in home runs (17), RBI (53), slugging percentage (.649), extra-base hits (33), total bases (124) and is tied for first in runs scored (37). Hessman is tied with Lexington's INF KODY HINZE in RBI for all of baseball. With 53RBI in the team's first 51 games, Hessman is on pace to drive in 150 runs this season.

HOME SWEET HOME: Despite the current three-game losing streak, the Bisons are 18-9 (.667) at home this season. The Herd is tied with Scranton/Wilkes-Barre for the most home wins in the International League with 18.

METS UPDATE: The Mets (26-26) lost their first game of a three-game series against San Diego yesterday, 18-6. Former Bisons OF ANGEL PAGAN went 2-3 at the plate with a RBI and a walk. INF JOSE REYES went 1-3 hitting a two-run triple. The Mets and Padres will face off from PETCO Park tonight for game two at 10:05 p.m.
