A press conference announcing information about the 2006 Southern League All-Star Game.1 p.m. on Tuesday, August 30, 2005. Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium; 200 Coosa St., Montgomery; on the stadium concourse. Biscuits owner Tom Dickson will run the event along with representatives from three presenting sponsors. Mayor Bobby Bright will also speak. The press conference will kick off 45 weeks of preparations for the event, which will take place at Riverwalk Stadium on Monday, July 10, 2006. Some of the events surrounding 2006's Southern League Mid-Summer Classic will be discussed, along with presenting sponsors for all events being revealed. Logos for all events will also be unveiled. Media information and packets will be available at the event.
