Bismarck, N.D. (Dec. 3, 2010) - The Reno Bighorns (6-0) extended their win streak to six with a 97- 88 victory over the Dakota Wizards (1-5) at the Bismarck Civic Center. All five Bighorn starters reached double figures in scoring led by Aaron Miles with 18 points.

The Bighorns jumped out to a 14-2 lead early in the first quarter but the Wizards battled back to lead 30-28 at the end of the quarter. A see-saw second quarter left the score tied 52-52 at the half.

Dakota led 60-59 with seven minutes in the third quarter and that would be their last. The Bighorns would outscore the Wizards 25-11 in the third quarter and lead 77-63 at the end of the quarter. The Bighorns extended the lead to 20 points early in the fourth quarter but Dakota would battle back to cut the lead to four with under three minutes to play. Reno would hang on down the stretch and move to a league best record of 6-0.

Chris Johnson and Renaldo Major led the way for the Wizards with 17 points apiece.

The Wizards schedule doesn't get any easier as they leave on a five game road trip starting in Des Moines on Sunday, December 5th against the Iowa Energy. The Wizards return home December 17th and 18th and play host to the Texas Legends.
