Green Bay, Wisc. - The Bombers dropped the second game of their doubleheader Saturday night to the Green Bay Bullfrogs 4-3. Per Northwoods League rules, the game was shortened to seven innings as the Bombers and Bullfrogs resumed their suspended game one earlier on Saturday.

The Bombers added to their lead again in the fourth inning. Nick Podkul led off with a double, and after a fielder's choice, Podkul advanced to third base, but was thrown out at home after a fielder's choice by Eric Gilgenbach. Truman Brown then doubled, scoring Gilgenbach from first and giving the Bombers the 3-0 lead.

The Bombers led 3-1 going to the bottom of the fifth inning. After Chris Botsoe grounded out for Green Bay, four straight Bullfrogs reached base. Catcher Truman Brown struggled behind the plate as he allowed three passed balls in the fifth inning, allowing runners to advance on the basepaths.

With the game tied at 3, designated hitter Colton Onstott hit a two-out double for the Bullfrogs, scoring Randell Kanemaru and giving the Bullfrogs the 4-3, which ended up being the final score.
