'Chucks Lose Second Straight in Kalamazoo

Wausau, WIS - The Wisconsin Woodchucks had the lead for a few moments in the fifth inning when they went up 4-3 after Stevie Mangrum's (Virginia Tech) three-run homer, but they conceded 11 runs over the next three innings and lost, 14-4, to the Kalamazoo Growlers at Homer Stryker Field in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

In addition to Mangrum, Josh Goulet (Plymouth State) went 3-for-3 with a double and run scored.

Caleb Dougherty (Abilene Christian) and Evy Ruibal (Notre Dame) delievered the only scoreless innings out of the bullpen for the Woodchucks.
