ROCHESTER, NY - The Empire State Yankees tonight host Day 9 of Baseball Month in Rochester at Frontier Field. The details for May 9:

Raffle tickets will be sold through the fifth inning. They are $1 apiece, six for $5, and an arm's length for $10. Winners will be announced at the end of the sixth inning.

Carew was inducted to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1991 after a 19-year career with the Minnesota Twins (1969-78) and California Angels (1980-85). He was an 18-time All-Star and the 1977 American League Most Valuable Player. Hafner and Hannahan play for the Columbus Clippers' parent club, the Cleveland Indians. Dozier was the Red Wings' shortstop until getting called up to the Twins on Monday. He collected his first hit that night against the Angels at Target Field and then recorded his first RBI last night. Betances pitches tonight for the Empire State Yankees.
