
Barons Release 2014-15 Schedule

Oklahoma City Barons News Release
Oklahoma City - The Oklahoma City Barons, in conjunction with the American Hockey League, released its 2014-15 schedule. The Barons open the 76-game season on the road Saturday, October 11 against the San Antonio Rampage. The home slate of games begins Friday, October 17 against the Texas Stars. Oklahoma City completes the weekend with a home game Saturday, October 18 against San Antonio. Puck drops for all three games at 7 p.m.
The Barons schedule features games against all 14 Western Conference opponents for the third consecutive season. Oklahoma City will play 44 of its 76 games against its West Division opponents, the Charlotte Checkers, Iowa Wild, San Antonio Rampage and Texas Stars. Other opponents include the Chicago Wolves, Grand Rapids Griffins, Milwaukee Admirals, Rockford IceHogs, Adirondack Flames and Lake Erie Monsters and two games against the Rochester Americans, Hamilton Bulldogs, Toronto Marlies and Utica Comets.
Twenty-nine of the Barons 38 home games will be played on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Faceoff for home games played Monday - Saturday is 7 p.m. CT. Sunday games November 2, December 28, January 18, March 15 and March 22 faceoff at 4 p.m. CT. Sunday, December 21 starts at 2 p.m. CT. Faceoff for the Barons annual New Year's Eve game is 6 p.m. CT. The Barons will play one school day game Tuesday, November 11 at 10:35 a.m. CT against the San Antonio Rampage.
Fans have several options to view the Barons schedule. Via the Barons website, fans can view the schedule in a printable PDF, list schedule or it is able to be downloaded to a smart phone or calendar application.
