CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Cincinnati Mighty Ducks of the American Hockey League have hired Donn Bagnall as director of ticket sales. Bagnall will manage the entire Mighty Ducks' ticket department, primarily focusing on the sale of full-season tickets, mini-plans, group tickets and on the club's fan relations programs.

Bagnall joins the Mighty Ducks after spending three years in the Memphis Grizzlies organization as senior manager of premium seats and suites. With the Grizzlies, he was responsible for the sales and marketing of 22 suites and 180 courtside seats and sold season and group tickets.

Over the course of a 22-year career in the sports and entertainment industry, the Michigan State University graduate has also served as director of ticket sales for the Las Vegas Outlaws (2000-2001), luxury suites sales manager for the Los Angeles Dodgers (1998-2000), director of ticket sales for the Seattle Seahawks (1996-1998) and corporate sales manager for Palace Sports and Entertainment (1983-1996). While with Palace Sports and Entertainment, the Michigan native hired and managed a sales staff and sold luxury suites, Palace royalty seats and season tickets for the Detroit Pistons, Detroit Vipers, Detroit Neon and Pine Knob Music Theatre.

"We're very pleased to bring this energetic and experienced individual to lead the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks' ticket sales department," Mighty Ducks president and CEO Pete Robinson said. "Donn brings two decades of ticket sales success, and we believe that he will help this franchise continue to grow as we enter our eighth season and look beyond at Cincinnati Gardens."

Bagnall has two children, sons Brandonn and Aaronn. He will reside in Cincinnati.
