BABY'S FIRST BALLGAME: On Sunday, August 31st, the Brooklyn Cyclones will welcome new parents and their infants to Baby's First Ballgame at the ballpark. Parents can also submit photos of their babies for a "Cutest Baby" contest, with the winner receiving a prize pack including a first pitch and Cyclones-embossed baby items.
And since they're all adorable, all babies whose photos have been submitted will be honored on the field prior to that night's game, and their pictures will be shown on the KeySpan Park videoboard in various slideshows throughout the game..

The Cyclones will also be providing a stroller valet at the front gates, and will conduct "diaper derby" contest in-between innings. After the game, parents and babies are welcome to bring their strollers right onto the field for a "stroll around the bases."

FIREWORKS FRIDAY: On Friday, August 29th, the Cyclones will take on the Oneonta Tigers as Brooklyn continues its push for the pennant.
Following Friday's game, there will be a spectacular fireworks show over the Coney Island seashore, and Cyclones fans are invited to stay in their seats for the best view in the borough!

MILITARY NIGHT: While all eyes recently turned to our nation's Olympians overseas, scores of local American heroes of another ilk will be celebrated during a competition closer to home. Troops from every Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Coast Guard command in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey have been invited to take part in "Calling All Guards" at Keyspan Park on Thursday, August 28, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The event is free and open to the public. Calling All Guards is presented by the Brooklyn Cyclones and the US Family Health Plan at Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers.

MINI PEE WEE BOBBLEHEAD: Ever since he was hatched in 2003, Pee Wee has been one of the most popular mascots in Brooklyn.
On Sunday, August 31st, the 'lil guy will be even more popular, as the first 1,250 kids in attendance will get a FREE mini Pee Wee bobblehead!
That night the Cyclones take on the rival Hudson Valley Renegades at 5pm, and the ballpark gates open at 3:30. And don't forget, every Sunday, kids get to run the bases at KeySpan Park, right after the game!

SUMMERTIME SNOW: On Thursday, August 28th, the first 2,500 fans in attendance will receive a KeySpan Park Snow Globe, presented by KeySpan.
The Snow Globe features the home of the Cyclones, complete with circular neon light towers, inside a sphere filled with colorful confetti, bringing a winter wonderland to Coney Island with each shake.
