Owen Sound Attack News Release

The Owen Sound Attack is pleased to announce that with the 4th Round Selection they have taken goaltender Cameron Hackett of the Vaughan Kings Minor Midget AAA program.

Hackett was one of the top rated goaltenders in the draft class this past season and posted a 1.73 GAA in 18 regular season games.

At 6'02, 200lbs, the Vaughan native does not give opponents much to shoot at when on his game.

"Cameron has an excellent set of hands and quick feet for a larger goaltender.", stated Attack Goaltending Coach Greg Redquest. "He has the ability to develop into a top goaltender in the Ontario Hockey League."

The Attack wishes to welcome Cameron and his family into the Attack organization.
