Attack Acquire Busch

Owen Sound Attack General Manager Dale DeGray is pleased to announce that the Hockey Club has acquired forward Jacob Busch from the Oshawa Generals in exchange for a 2nd Round Draft Pick in 2016, a 4th Round Draft Pick in 2015 and a Conditional 7th Round Draft Pick in 2017. The 2017 7th Round Draft Choice is conditional on Busch playing an overage season.

Busch, a 1996 born right winger suited up in 53 games for the Generals last season, collecting 9 goals and 7 assists to go along with 73 penalty minutes. This season, the Port McNichol native has tallied 2 goals and 2 assists in 12 games.

"We identified Jacob as a player that would fit in very well with our team and system.", said Dale DeGray. "Jacob plays the game hard and we believe has a tremendous amount of upside."

Busch will be in the line-up tonight when the Attack travel to Kitchener and will wear number 26.

The Attack wish to welcome Jacob and his family into the Attack organization.
