Amarillo, TX 11/27/09 - The Amarillo Gorillas have signed former Gorillas defenseman Shaun Arvai to a contract as well as activating David Nimmo from the injured reserve, the team announced Friday.
Arvai (AR-vigh) skated in 61 games for the Gorillas during the 2007-2008, earning 39 points (10-29-39) and 86 penalty minutes. Arvai skated in 13 games this season for the Missouri Mavericks collecting 3 points (1-2-3) and 21 penalty minutes before being placed on waivers November 25th.
