PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - The Arizona Sundogs of the Central Hockey League announced today that Head Coach and General Manager Marco Pietroniro has released forward Josh Coyle in order to make room for recently activated forward A.J. MacLean.
MacLean, 25, has been inactive since the conclusion of training camp due to pending immigration approval. Joining the Sundogs for his fifth professional season, the 6-foot, 200-pound forward has spent the previous four seasons in various leagues including the former United Hockey League (UHL), the ECHL and the CHL.

The Antigonish, Nova Scotia, native had his best professional season in 2006-07 while skating with the CHL's Oklahoma City Blazers, tallying career highs in goals (15) and points (27).
Coyle, 24, appeared in five games with Arizona this season and collected one assist and eight PIM.
