Appleby Reassigned to Albany

Albany, NY - The New Jersey Devils have reassigned goaltender Ken Appleby on loan from the Albany Devils to the Adirondack Thunder.

Appleby, 20, has appeared in 24 games with the Thunder this season, where he has amassed a 14-8-2 record with a .925 save percentage and a 2.22 goals against average, along with three shutouts. In eight AHL games this season with Albany, the North Bay, ONT native is 3-3-2 with a 2.59 goals against average and a .904 save percentage. Appleby recorded his first career shutout in a 26-save shutout against the Rochester Americans on February 13.
