
Anderson Returned, Lampe Assigned to Jackals

The Elmira Jackals announced on Tuesday that defenseman R.J. Anderson has been returned to the club by their AHL affiliate, the Binghamton Senators, while forward Eric Lampe has been assigned to the club by their AHL affiliate, the Syracuse Crunch.
Anderson was fifth among ECHL defensemen with 39 points (7g-32a) this season. The Lino Lakes, Minn. native was a co-recipient of the Jackals' Defenseman of the Year Award along with Patrick Coulombe. He scored his first-career AHL goal with the B-Sens this past Friday against the Crunch.
Lampe, a co-recipient of the Jackals' Rookie of the Year Award along with Marco Cousineau, posted 17 goals and 17 assists for 34 points this season, leading the team's first-year skaters in all three departments.
The Jackals host the Greenville Road Warriors tonight at First Arena in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals at 7:05 p.m.
