Allen, Texas - The Allen Americans look to even the score with the Colorado Eagles this afternoon after Friday night's 1-0 loss. Puck drop today is at 4:05 pm in Allen.
The Americans have dropped four straight home games at Allen Event Center dating back to December 13th. Allen is 4-6-0-0 their last ten games, including Friday night's disappointing loss.
"We've got to be better offensively," said Allen Americans defenseman Aaron Gens, following Friday night's loss. "Our top-end players have got to do more and that starts with Sunday's game here at home."
Today's game features the 1 vs. 2 scoring matchup in the ECHL. Chad Costello, continues to lead the league in points (45) and assists (33). Costello's 45 points is nine more than Colorado Eagles forward Trent Daavettila, (36), who is second overall in the ECHL in scoring.
