Allen, Texas - The Allen Americans are off to a 3-1-0 start splitting the two games in Fort Worth this weekend, winning Friday night 4-3 in a shootout, and dropping a 3-2 decision on Saturday night .

North Richland Hills, Texas - The Allen Americans remained perfect on the season defeating the Fort Worth Brahmas 4-3 in a shootout. Steve Silverthorn made his third straight start, stopping 3 of the 4 shooters he faced in the shootout win. Scotty Howes had two goals for Allen in the win.
Saturday, October 27th - Fort Worth 3 Americans 2
North Richland Hills, Texas - The Fort Worth Brahmas scored three second period goals and then held off an Allen charge in the third period, winning 3-2 Saturday at the NYTEX Sports Centre. Rookie netminder Aaron Dell made his first professional start for Allen, taking the loss.
