
All-Star Game Party at Kristy's MVP

SAN DIEGO â All Gulls fans are invited to Kristy's MVP (Formerly Woodcarver Pizza) Wednesday for an ECHL All-Star game party. Admission is free and there will be food and drink specials.
It all begins at 5 p.m. on Wednesday at Kristy's MVP, located at 3225 Midway Drive (less than one mile away from the Sports Arena). Food and drink specials will go on throughout the duration of the party, which will end at 9 p.m. The All-Star game will be televised live on Channel 4 San Diego, beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Sponsored by the Par-A-Dice Hotel Casino and hosted by the Peoria Rivermen, the 12th Annual ECHL All-Star Game and Skills Competition will be held at the 9,919-seat Carver Arena at the Peoria Civic Center in Peoria. The Skills Competition will be at 5 p.m. PST on Tuesday and the game will be played at 5:30 p.m. PST on Wednesday. Tickets to the All-Star Game and Skills Competition are available by telephone at (309) 676-1040, x106.
Greg Barber is the San Diego Gulls all-star representative. He is in his first professional season after spending the last four years at the University of Denver. In 33 games so far this season, the rookie forward has scored 25 points (11g, 14a) while amassing 13 penalty minutes.
