Albuquerque Isotopes News Release

The 6-millionth fan in Albuquerque Isotopes franchise history will pass through the Isotopes Park gates prior to tonight's game with the Oklahoma City RedHawks.

The Isotopes are only a mere 554 fans away from reaching the milestone, meaning the lucky fan will enter the stadium not long after the gates open at 6:00 pm.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early, as the lucky person to walk through the gates will receive a prize package that includes $600 worth of airline tickets anywhere they would like to fly, courtesy of Classic Travel.

In their 11th season, the Isotopes currently rank third among the 16-team Pacific Coast League in attendance with an average this season of nearly 7,100 fans per game thus far. The club has ranked in the top five for overall attendance and average attendance in the Pacific Coast League since they came into existence in 2003. The Isotopes have averaged 579,389 fans per season over their first 10 years.

"We are so humbled by the wonderful support that the fans have shown us," stated Isotopes General Manager John Traub. "We are very proud that the fans have made us part of the fiber of this community."
