Admirals Recall Kotyk, Reassign Robinson

The Milwaukee Admirals announced today that they have recalled goaltender Seamus Kotyk from the Rockford IceHogs of the UHL. In addition, the Admirals reassigned goalie Michel Robinson to Rockford.

Playing on a conditioning assisgnment for the IceHogs that saw him in goal in four games in six days, Kotyk posted a 3-1 record with a 0.76 goals against average and a .971 save percentage. In those four contests the London, ONT native stopped 102 of the 105 shots sent his way. For his play Kotyk was selected as the UHL Goaltender of the Week.

Robinson played one game in his stint with the Admirals, recording a 4-3 win over the St. John's Maple Leafs on Tuesday, February 1. In the victory Robinson stopped 32 of 35 Leafs' shots.

The Admirals are back in action tonight at 7 pm versus the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks. Face-off is set for 7 pm.
