Lord Stanley makes a call to MTS Centre

The Manitoba Moose, in conjunction with Winnipeg Minor Hockey Association, are pleased announce the Stanley Cup will be on hand for viewing and pictures at the MTS Centre on Saturday, February 5th when the Manitoba Moose take on the San Antonio Rampage as part of Manitoba Moose Minor Hockey Night.

Beginning at 6:30 p.m., the Stanley Cup, along with one of its handlers, Mike Bolt, will be located in the Portage Ave. Atrium at the north end of the MTS Centre throughout the game, so fans can come see and have their picture taken with the oldest trophy competed for by professional athletes in North America.

Manitoba Moose Club Seat holders will have opportunity to exclusively view the Stanley Cup between 5:00 and 6:00p.m. in the Exchange Restaurant at event level of the MTS Centre.

As a reminder, the Manitoba Moose and Winnipeg Minor Hockey Association have teamed up to present Winnipeg Minor Hockey Day on Sunday, February 6th which begins at 7:45 a.m. and runs until 10:30 p.m. Members of the Manitoba Moose will be on-hand for an autograph session from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon. Manitoba Moose Assistant Coaches Eric Crawford and Barry Smith will be conducting a Coaches Clinic at 12:00 p.m. for minor hockey league coaches.

Tickets are still available for Saturday's game between the Manitoba Moose and San Antonio Rampage. All interested minor hockey groups can call Mike at 982-5236 to make their reservations.
