The Admirals would go up by two on Santorelli's second goal of the game at the 2:05 mark of the second. Vigilante drove hard to the Manitoba net and the dumped the puck to Santorelli in the slot and the Northern Michigan alum crammed it home.
Antti Pihlstrom made it 3-0 Ads at 8:40 when he deflected an Alexander Sulzer shot from the point. However, the Moose would get two of those goals back by the end of the stanza, including a marker by Brad Moran with less than one second to play in the period.

Juraj Simek made it 5-3 at 10:40 of the third before former Admiral Greg Classen finished the scoring with an empty-netter with just under two minutes to play in the game.
