HERSHEY, PA - The Norfolk Admirals (33-10-4-1) erased a two-goal deficit with three goals in the third period to defeat the Hershey Bears (29-9-4-5) 4-3 on Saturday night at Giant Center.

The Bears grabbed the lead with a Chris Bourque power play tally 16:57 into the first period. Former Admiral Quintin Laing assisted on the play.

Norfolk knotted the score at 1-1 near the contest's halfway point. Jonas Nordqvist netted his twelfth goal of the 2006-07 campaign with an assist to Admirals captain Craig MacDonald at 9:53 of the second period.

Despite peppering Hershey netminder Nolan Schaefer with 19 second-period shots, the Admirals came out of the second stanza facing a two-goal deficit. Jakub Klepis put Hershey back on top just 28 seconds after Nordqvist's goal, as his even strength tally at 10:21 made the score 2-1 in favor of Hershey.

Five minutes later, the Hershey lead doubled, as Bourque netted his second goal of the game at 15:06.

However, the third period belonged to Norfolk. Just eight seconds into the final frame, Carl Corazzini drew the Admirals to within one goal of the lead with a power play goal. Martin St. Pierre assisted on the play for his 50 th assist of the season, matching his own franchise record for assists in a single season.

St. Pierre put the puck into the net himself just under seven minutes later, as his marker at 7:04 evened the score at three goals apiece.

Dustin Byfuglien netted the game-winning tally on the power play three minutes later to complete the dramatic comeback. His goal at 10:17 gave Norfolk a 4-3 lead. Admirals goaltender Corey Crawford made ten third period saves to seal the deal.

Crawford (29 shots, 26 saves) got the win. Schaefer (35 shots, 31 saves) picked up the loss.

Norfolk was 2-5 on the power play while Hershey was 1-5.

The Admirals became just the second team to hand the Bears a regulation loss in Hershey this season. The Bears are now 13-2-3-4 at Giant Center in 2006-07.
