
Admirals Comeback to Earn 7-2 Win

victory over the Chicago Wolves on Sunday afternoon at the Allstate Arena. The victory snapped a five-game losing streak for the Admirals.
Anthony Richard and Eeli Tolvanen each scored a pair of goals, while Tyler Gaudet (1g-1a) and Jarred Tinordi (2a) finished with multi-point games for the Admirals, who set a new season high for goals in a game.
Chicago jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first period, but just 12 seconds after their second goal Richard found the back of the net for Milwaukee, opening the proverbial floodgates. Tolvanen scored next to level the game at two after the first period.
In the second stanza the Ads picked up markers from Gaudet and Colin Blackwell, who found the back of the net for the third consecutive game. Richard got his second of the game at 5:20 of the third and Tolvenen and Zach Magwood each earned empty-netters to finish the scoring.
Troy Grosenick earned the win for the Admirals, stopping 25 of 27 shots thrown his way. However he left the game because of injury with 6:50 to play and was replaced by Tom McCollum.
The Admirals now head to Iowa for games Wednesday and Friday against the Wild. Their next home contest will be on Saturday, November 17th when the battle the Ontario Reign at 6 pm at Panther Arena in the team's annual Pet Supplies Plus Dog Day where fans can bring their dog to the game for just $5.
