Admirals Add Another NHL Contract in Salituro

NORFOLK, VA. - The Norfolk Admirals have received forward Dante Salituro on a loan from the Columbus Blue Jackets, the team announced on Monday.
Salituro, 20, is a 5'8" - 174 lbs. forward that shoots right-handed and posses the ability to play both center and wing. After a standout career with the Ottawa 67's of the Ontario Hockey League, in which he totaled 260 points in 265 games, Salituro dressed in five games with the Cleveland Monsters of the American Hockey League and two more with the Cincinnati Cyclones of the ECHL thus far this season.
Hailing from Willowdale, Ontario, Salituro is currently on an entry level contract with the Blue Jackets.
The newest addition is expected to make his debut on the upcoming road trip when the team takes on Greenville and South Carolina on Wednesday and Friday this week. A jersey number for him will be announced shortly.
