
Aces to Hold National Anthem Singer Tryouts

Anchorage, AK â Tryouts for the Alaska Aces 2004-2005 "Oh Say Can You See Singers" will be held January 12th from 7-10PM at the Marsten Theatre in the Loussac Library, located at 36th and Denali. Registration starts at 6:30PM, auditions begin at 7PM. Solo, duet and quartet vocalists may try out.
Three judges from the Anchorage community will listen and score contestants on their ability to sing the National Anthem. The judges will then make their recommendations to the Aces on which singers will become the "Oh Say Can You See Singers." Those selected will begin at Aces games starting in February. They will then continue starting next season from October through January.
