Aces Return Home for Four-Game Series Against Sacramento

RENO, Nev.- The Reno Aces will continue the 2012 campaign with a four -game home series against the Sacramento River Cats beginning Saturday night. First pitch is slated for 6:35 p.m. Saturday and Monday, with 1:05 p.m. starts Sunday and Tuesday.

In addition to being the second televised game of the season on my21 TV, Saturday's game will feature the Division Championship Pennant Giveaway, presented by KOLO 8 News Now.

Sunday's festivities will be highlighted by the Renown Children's Hospital Family Funday. Fans can play baseball bingo for the opportunity to win an autograph mini bat, and one lucky fan will win a game-worn jersey just by participating. As part of the first Youth League Day, there will be an on-field parade for participating youth baseball and softball clubs before the game. Fans are asked to bring new or gently used baseball gloves to the game to donate to Reno and Carson City Challengers.

Along with these events, the Reno Aces will celebrate Earth Day, presented by Schnitzer Steel. Fans who stop by the Schnitzer Steel concourse table will have the opportunity to grab a free recycle bag while supplies last.

Kids will be invited to come onto the field to run the bases after the games on Saturday and Sunday.

On Monday night, fans will be treated to $1 hot dogs throughout the game, as part of Om-Nom-Nomdays presented by KTVN Channel 2 News.

Bargain hunters can take advantage of another great deal on Tuesday with 2-for-$22 Tuesdays. Fans can purchase two tickets, two hot dogs and two sodas for only $22. 2-for-$22 packages can be purchased at the Aces Ballpark Ticket Office or by calling 334-7000.
