Abbotsford Comes Back to Win in Charlotte

Charlotte, NC - The Abbotsford Heat scored two unanswered goals in Charlotte to win 2-1 against the Checkers and have now collected points in six consecutive games, winning four in a row.

Both of Abbotsford's goals were scored by forward Krys Kolanos who has now tallied 28 on the season and extended his point scoring streak to six games.

Danny Taylor made the start in goal for the visitors and made 26 saves on 27 shots en route to his 20th win of the season.

Abbotsford will complete their 2011-12 regular season road schedule tomorrow in Charlotte as they complete the back-to-back set against the Checkers. Sunday afternoon's game starts at 3:00PM locally, Noon PDT. The game is available on Country 107.1 with the pre-game show beginning fifteen minutes prior to puck drop.
