
67's Rookie Austen Keating Named to World Under-17 Hockey Challenge

OTTAWA - Ottawa 67's rookie forward Austen Keating has been selected to compete in the upcoming World Under-17 Hockey Challenge.
The 16-year-old Guelph native is one of 66 Canadian players selected to one of tournament. Keating will play for one of three teams that will represent the country at the tournament, October 30 to November 7 in Dawson Creek, B.C. and Fort St. John, B.C.
Keating was a first-round selection (16th overall) in the 2015 Ontario Hockey League Priority Selection. Last season, Keating served as captain of the Guelph Jr. Gryphons Triple-A minor midget elite squad, scoring 30 goals and 60 points in 36 games.
