66ers Come Through Late against Stampede

BOISE, Idaho - Jeremy Lamb hit a 13-foot fade away jumper with 1.0 second left in overtime to help the Tulsa 66ers beat the Idaho Stampede 100-98. Durrell Summers scored 25 in the loss for the Stampede (13-28).

Justin Holiday had 19 points, six rebounds and two steals - the league leader in steals per game has now made 2 or more steals in 14 straight games. Justin Harper (13 points, 15 rebounds), Jason Ellis (six points, 12 rebounds) and Summers (12 rebounds) helped Idaho out-rebound the 66ers 60-47. Idaho's work on the glass helped them come back from a 17 point deficit in the second quarter to take the lead before halftime before a nip-and-tuck finish. Carlon Brown added 19 points on 7-of-10 shooting. The Stampede finished with 26 turnovers and made just 3-of-18 three-pointers and shot only 39.3 percent.

The 66ers (24-17) were led by Lamb, who finished with 22 points and four blocks - Lamb scored all of Tulsa's six points in overtime. The NBA assignee from the Oklahoma City Thunder again saw good games from his teammates from the NBA club: DeAndre Liggins had 12 points, six rebounds, six assists and two steals. Daniel Orton had 16 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks. Long-time NBA star Rasual Butler added 16 points and 10 rebounds.
