Kamloops, BC - The Kamloops Blazers have released their tentative schedule for the upcoming 2010-2011 hockey season. The hockey club will kick off the season with two home games on Friday, September 24th versus Prince George and Saturday, September 25th versus Chilliwack.

A breakdown of home game nights for the Blazers:

Sunday - 2

Monday - 1

Tuesday - 5

Wednesday - 7

Thursday - 0

Friday - 12

Saturday - 9

Some other highlights from the schedule:

The Blazers don't play 3 games in 3 nights once this season.

All of the Eastern Division teams will visit the Interior Savings Centre starting with Prince Albert on October 8th.

The team will make 3 separate trips to Alberta to face the Central Division teams, including playing in Calgary, Lethbridge, Edmonton and Red Deer twice.

There are 4 home and home series on the schedule against Vancouver, Chilliwack, Kelowna and Prince George.

Edmonton, Kootenay and Red Deer are the only teams not to visit Kamloops this year.

The Blazers will play Kelowna 9 times this season. They will play Prince George, Vancouver and Chilliwack 8 times each. There will be 4 games against each of the US Division teams. They will host each of the East Division teams once and play 13 games against the Central Division teams, including 10 of those games on the road.
