Loggers Advance to WI/IL Pod Championship with 1-0 Win against Rafters

August 21, 2020 - WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis. - Ronnie Sweeny hit a solo home run in the top of the ninth inning to provide the only run of the game as the La Crosse Loggers topped the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters 1-0 in the WI/IL Pod division championship at Witter Field on Friday night. August 21, 2020 - LA CROSSE, Wis. - After completing the 48-game Northwoods League regular season, the La Crosse Loggers will head to Wisconsin Rapids for a one-game division playoff to determine who will play for the Wisconsin-Illinois Pod Championship on Saturday. Loggers Rally Falls Short in 5-4 Loss to Woodchucks

August 19, 2020 - LA CROSSE, Wis. - The La Crosse Loggers fell behind early and couldn't quite get over the hump as their comeback effort fell short in a 5-4 loss to the Wisconsin Woodchucks on Wednesday night at Copeland Park. The Loggers fell to 23-24, while the Woodchucks improve to 15-31.
