Tuesday's Game Suspended on Wednesday

(MOOSIC, PA) -- Game one between the Charlotte Knights and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders, which was suspended due to inclement weather on Tuesday, was suspended again on Wednesday. The two teams will resume Tuesday's opening game in the bottom of the fifth inning on Thursday at 12:05 p.m. with the Knights ahead by a score of 3-1.

After the conclusion of Tuesday's suspended game -- which will be played to its completion on Thursday -- the two teams will play Thursday's originally scheduled matchup, a seven-inning contest. Wednesday's originally scheduled game has been cancelled.

The Knights and RailRiders will now play a rain-shortened, two-game series from PNC Field in Moosic, PA. Pre-game radio coverage on Thursday is set for 12:00 p.m. on 730 The Game ESPN Charlotte. The "Voice of the Charlotte Knights" Matt Swierad will have the call for all of the action.
