OF Damon Sublett Activated from Disabled List

(Portland, ME) - The Trenton Thunder, Double-A Affiliate of the New York Yankees, announce that Damon Sublett has been activated from the Disabled List. The transaction brings the Trenton 24-man active roster at one below its maximum.

Sublett, a native of Wichita, Kansas, has appeared in six games for the Thunder in 2011 and has hit .227 with a homerun, a triple and two runs batted in. He was selected by the Yankees in the seventh round of the 2007 First-Year Player Draft out of Wichita State.

The Thunder begin a three-game series with the Portland Sea Dogs, AA Affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, on Tuesday at 7:00 PM from Hadlock Field. Trenton will give the pearl to RHP Dellin Betances (3-2, 1.76), while Portland will counter with RHP Brock Huntzinger (3-5, 6.85). Tune-in to the game on 91.3 WTSR-FM and on trentonthunder.com. The SBLI Pre-Game Show with Hank Fuerst begins at 6:45 PM.
