Tonight, the SeaWolves are back on the road as they begin a six-game road trip and three-game series against the Altoona Curve (Pittsburgh Pirates) at Blair County Ballpark. The SeaWolves dropped their series finale on Sunday against Harrisburg as the Senators snapped Erie's four-game winning streak. The loss dropped the SeaWolves back to a game under .500. The club is in third place in the EL West, 4.5 games behind first place Harrisburg...Altoona enters tonight's game with a .500 record and has gone 5-5 in its last 10 games. Altoona is currently riding a three-game losing skid...The SeaWolves are 2-5 in games at Altoona this season and have gone 2-7 in their last nine against the Curve. Erie avoided a sweep in their last trip into Altoona taking the final game of the series in 13 innings, 2-1...Righty Mark Sorensen takes the mound the 'Wolves making his 11th start and third against the Curve. Sorensen is Erie's leader in wins with five and he has won three straight and four of his last five starts. Sorensen earned his team-leading fifth win in his last start at Binghamton. In the game, he allowed three runs, two earned, on seven hits with a walk and five strikeouts in seven innings of work. Erie won the game 12-3 over the Mets...Lefty Jeff Locked takes the mound for Altoona making his 12th start and third against the SeaWolves. Locke has won his last two starts. Last time out against Trenton he allowed a run on three hits with five walks and eight strikeouts in 5.1 innings. Locke has struck out eight in consecutive starts. He is 0-2 with an 0.84 ERA in his previous two starts against the SeaWolves. Only one of the seven runs he has allowed against Erie are earned.

Henry is second in EL with a .438 on-base percentage. Henry has reached base safely in 32 of his last 33 games. The only game he has not reached base safely in since May 1 was game one of a doubleheader on 5/31 at Binghamton.- Jamie Johnson leads the team and is tied for fourth in the league with 31 walks.
