Zebulon, NC --- The Cincinnati Reds have made a roster move impacting their Double-A affiliate Carolina Mudcats prior to tonight's doubleheader.
LHP Camilo Vazquez has been promoted to Triple-A Louisville and will start tonight for the Bats.
