Rock Re-Sign Jeff Gilbert and Brock Sorensen; Add UFA Reid Reinholdt

August 26, 2016 - Toronto Rock owner, president and general manager Jamie Dawick today announced the re-signing of defender Jeff Gilbert to a one-year agreement and defender Brock Sorensen to a two-year pact. The Rock have also agreed to terms on a one-year contract with unrestricted free agent forward Reid Reinholdt. August 25, 2016 - Toronto FC forward Tosaint Ricketts has been named to Canadian Head Coach Benito Floro's 23-man roster for a pair of 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia Qualifying matches. Canada will meet Honduras on Friday, September 2 at Estadio OlĂ­mpico Metropolitano in San Pedro Sula, Honduras and El Salvador on Tuesday, September 6 at BC Place in Vancouver, British Columbia. Jr. NLL Tournament Begins Friday at the TRAC in Oakville

August 25, 2016 - Oakville, ON - The summer may be coming to an end, but there is still another big event on the lacrosse calendar before the kids head back to school. This weekend, Jr. NLL teams from across Canada and the USA will compete for the Jr. NLL Champion's Cup in Peewee, Bantam and Midget divisions. Round-robin play begins Friday morning and continues on Saturday with the medal round games going on Sunday.
