NWL Announces 2025 Video Production Team of the Year
	October 29, 2025 - Rochester, Minn. - The Northwoods League has announced that Thunder Bay Border Cats have received the 2025 Northwoods League Video Production Team of the Year Award.

Cats Sign Manager Ellison To Contract Extension
	October 9, 2025 - Thunder Bay, Ont., - The Thunder Bay Border Cats are excited to announce that field manager Joe Ellison has agreed to a new three-year contract extension through the 2028 Northwoods League season. The 34-year-old native of Toronto, Ont., was named the 15th manager in franchise history on September 5, 2024, and is the second Canadian born skipper to lead the club, joining Mike Steed, who guided the Cats in 2010 and 2011.

Former Border Cat Signs With New York Yankees
	July 16, 2025 - Thunder Bay, Ont. - The Thunder Bay Border Cats are pleased to announce another former pitcher from the 2023 Northwoods League team is turning professional. Righthander Matthew Tippie (Texas State University) signed as a free agent with the New York Yankees organization following the conclusion of the 2025 Major League Draft.

Former Border Cats Selected in 2025 MLB Draft
	July 15, 2025 - Thunder Bay, Ont., - The Thunder Bay Border Cats are proud to announce a pair of former pitchers from the 2023 Northwoods League season were selected in the 2025 Major League Baseball Draft. Pitchers Riely Hunsaker (Lamar University) and Peyton Fosher (University of Nevada) were both chosen on the final day of the draft on Monday.
