Sanderson Selected as New Sox Skipper

September 19, 2019 - WENATCHEE, WA - The Wenatchee AppleSox have named Ian Sanderson the fifth head coach in team history. Sanderson will replace Kyle Krustangel, who stepped down following the 2019 season. "I am excited to add Ian to our team," AppleSox owner Jose Oglesby said. September 5, 2019 - WENATCHEE, WA - Kyle Krustangel informed AppleSox management that after three seasons at the helm, he will not return to the AppleSox in 2020. August 28, 2019 - Victoria, BC - The Victoria HarbourCats are once again the West Coast League (WCL) leaders in attendance, with a total of 62,400 people attending their 27 home WCL games this season, for an average of 2,311 per game.
