September 13, 2024 - Paul Thomas Sr. Stadium will have a new look when the AppleSox take the field for their 25th season in June 2025.
Improvements got underway shortly after the AppleSox won the 2024 North Division title on Aug. 14 to redo the entire infield. The first and third base lines are now all turf in addition to home plate and the entire foul territory from the end of the third-base dugout to the end of the first-base dugout. Darlington and Portland's Mark Magdaleno will share the award, marking the first time that two WCL head coaches both receive the honor since 2018.

August 22, 2024 - Five members of the 2024 Wenatchee AppleSox received All-West Coast League honors in the league's end-of-the-season recognition Wednesday.
Aidan Dougherty earned First Team All-WCL as outfielder while Max Hartman and Quincy Vassar earned Second Team honors as an outfielder and a starting pitcher, respectively. Evan Canfield and Jonathan Fitz received All-WCL Honorable Mention.

August 17, 2024 - The Wenatchee AppleSox came an out away from winning their seventh league championship but fell to the Portland Pickles, 6-5, on Friday night at Walker Stadium.
Portland scored two runs in the bottom of the ninth, both with two outs, to win its first WCL Championship. The Pickles were down to their final out with a runner at first when four straight hitters reached base to end the game.
