August 6, 2025 - SANFORD, Maine - The Sanford Mainers fell to the Keene SwampBats 8-0 at Goodall Park tonight. Keene takes game two of the series to complete the sweep, while Sanford sees its summer end in a shutout at home.
Sanford was down early, Keene got a run in the second and tacked on four more in the fifth to take a 5-0 lead. The SwampBats got spectacular pitching again, Keene held Sanford to just six hits the entire series.

August 5, 2025 - KEENE, New Hampshire - The Sanford Mainers dropped game one of the North division finals, 6-2 at Alumni Field to the Keene SwampBats. Keene will look to sweep on the road tomorrow, while the Mainers will face elimination
Keene held the Mainers to just two hits on the two runs. Sanford got on the scoreboard first. The Mainers got a two-run homer in the top of the third from Dom Tozzi (Coastal Carolina). It was Tozzi's third home run of the summer to put the Mainers up 2-0 but would be the Mainers final hit of the game.

Sanford got spectacular pitching out of their starter Josh Kopetski (Rhode Island). The lefty went six plus innings, struck out three, and allowed a run. The Arundel native has now allowed just one run over his last 24 innings of work.
