September 26, 2025 - Monroe, LA - The Monroe Moccasins announced today the signing of forward Michael Moran for the 2025-26 Federal Prospects Hockey League season.
Moran, a 6'1", 194-pound forward from Milford, Massachusetts, joins the Moccasins after spending the last several seasons in the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) with the Quad City Storm. Fornaris, 30, is a Miami, Florida native who brings both experience and production to Monroe's forward group. The 5'9", 168-pound left-shot forward has appeared in over 140 professional games across the ECHL and SPHL, registering over 80 career points at the pro level. Moskal, a 6'3" forward from San Diego, California, brings size, scoring touch, and championship experience to the Moccasins' lineup. Over his professional career, Moskal has played in over 110 games in the FPHL, earning himself 189 points with 74 goals and 115 assists.
